Angelus MTA White

Angelus MTA White is a bioceramic reparative cement indicated for a wide range of endodontic and restorative procedures. It is widely used for root canal perforation repair, root-end resection, apexification, pulp capping, and pulpotomy, offering excellent biological and sealing properties.

This mineral trioxide aggregate promotes tissue regeneration, provides a reliable biological seal, and demonstrates high biocompatibility with oral tissues. Its ability to set in the presence of moisture makes it especially suitable for clinical situations involving humid environments.

Indications

• Treatment of root canal and furcation perforations caused iatrogenically or by caries
• Via canal treatment of root perforations due to internal resorption
• Surgical treatment of root perforations due to internal resorption
• Periapical surgery with reverse filling
• Pulp capping
• Pulpotomy to preserve vitality of remaining pulp tissue
• Apexogenesis in vital teeth with inflamed coronal pulp
• Apexification in young permanent teeth with incomplete root development and necrotic pulp

Directions for Use

• Sterilize a glass slab, metal spatula, and all instruments used for placement
• Mix the content of 1 sachet (or 1 spoon) of Angelus MTA White with 1 drop of distilled water for 30 seconds
• Ensure the mixture is homogeneous with a consistency similar to wet sand
• Place the cement at the selected site using a sterilized amalgam carrier or suitable instrument
• Condense using amalgam condensers, a number 1 spatula, or absorbent paper points moistened with distilled water

Important: If the mixed MTA is not used immediately, prevent dehydration by covering it with a wet gauze to extend working time. If the material dehydrates, it must be discarded.
