The DentGist Light Curing Machine uses a high-power, ultra-bright pure blue LED light source with a wavelength of 420–480 nm for uniform curing of light-cured dental resins. It effectively accelerates the polymerization of photosensitive composite materials while helping minimize excessive surface contraction, reducing the risk of marginal gaps.

This unit is suitable for composite restorations, orthodontic bracket bonding, esthetic procedures, and tooth whitening applications. Built with stable, low-noise components, it operates without vibration and is powered by a high-capacity rechargeable lithium-ion battery designed for long clinical use per charge.

Directions for Use :-

Fully charge the unit before first use
Insert the fibre optic guide with a twisting motion until secure
Press the power button for 2 seconds to switch on
Select working mode using the mode button
Set curing time using the time key
Use disposable sleeves for cross-infection control
Attach protective shield before use
Keep probe tip close to material without touching
Maintain a clean light guide for maximum intensity
Unit auto shuts off after 120 seconds of inactivity
