DMG Tray Adhesive

DMG Tray Adhesive is a specially formulated adhesive designed to ensure reliable bonding between addition-curing silicone (A-silicone / VPS / PVS) impression materials and impression trays made of metal or plastic. It provides secure adhesion even with minimal or non-retentive trays, helping achieve accurate and distortion-free impressions.

The blue-colored adhesive allows clear visual control during application, while its easy handling and short working time support efficient clinical workflows.

Indications

• Adhesion of addition-curing silicone (PVS/VPS) impression materials to metal and plastic impression trays
• Use with minimal or non-retentive impression trays

Contraindications

• Do not use in patients with known allergies to any of the ingredients
• Do not use in rare cases of contact allergies

Directions to Use

• Ensure the impression tray is clean, dry, and free of grease
• Apply a thin, even layer of DMG Tray Adhesive to the impression tray using a brush
• Allow the adhesive to act for 3 minutes
• Load the impression tray with impression material within 30 minutes
