DPI Kalsogen is a zinc oxide–eugenol–based formulation designed for use as a cavity lining, temporary filling material, temporary cement, and temporary seal. It is especially suitable for applications under non-resin filling materials where a soothing, therapeutic effect is required.

The material provides a sedative effect on the pulp and is polymer reinforced to improve strength and durability when used as a temporary filling or base. Its superior adhesion ensures secure placement while still allowing easy removal when necessary.
