    Initiator: Peroxide such as benzoyl peroxide

    Monomer: Methyl methacrylate
    Cross-Linking Agent: Ethylene glycol dimethacrylate
    Inhibitor: Hydroquinone
    Activator: N’N dimethyl P-Toluidine
