Ethicon Mersilk #5-0 Black Braided Suture is a high-quality non-absorbable natural silk suture manufactured from raw silk fibers obtained from the cocoon of the silkworm Bombyx mori. The filaments are tightly braided or twisted under electronically controlled conditions to produce a highly compact suture with excellent handling and knot security.
