Julldent Rigid Periotome

Periotomes are used for carefully detaching the marginal gums and the periodontal fibers. The rigid tip helps the tool to separate the root from the marginal gums. Dental periotomes severe periodontal ligaments during atraumatic tooth extraction. These instruments may also be used during routine extractions, though they are particularly important when the extraction is followed by the placement of dental implants.
