SafeEndo Devitalize is an arsenic-free devitalizing paste designed for safe pulp devitalization. It provides a prolonged effect with quick pain relief and supports effective pulp necrosis without the use of arsenic.

The formulation contains polyoxymethylene, which acts as a coagulant on albumin and provides the fibrous consistency needed to facilitate subsequent pulp extirpation. Lidocaine hydrochloride offers local anesthetic action to reduce pain and irritation during the devitalization process.
