SDI Luna Composite
SDI Luna Composite is a radiopaque, light-cured, condensable composite that combines advanced nano-hybrid and micro-filler particle technology with excellent non-stick handling. Designed for both anterior and posterior restorations, Luna delivers exceptional strength, low shrinkage, and superior polishability.

Contraindications
- Pulp capping
- May cause skin irritation in some individuals; discontinue use and seek medical attention if irritation occurs
- Do not use with eugenol-containing materials

Storage and Handling
- Store between 10°C and 25°C (50°F–77°F)
- Use at room temperature between 20°C and 25°C (68°F–77°F)

Packaging

Directions for Use
- Clean and isolate the tooth; rubber dam isolation is recommended
- Prepare a conservative cavity using standard techniques
- Protect deep cavities with calcium hydroxide and appropriate glass ionomer liner
- Select shade using a clean, moist tooth and SDI shade guide
- Apply bonding system as per manufacturer’s instructions
- Etch with 37% phosphoric acid for at least 20 seconds (90–120 seconds for fluoridated enamel)
- Rinse thoroughly and keep surface moist
- Apply adhesive, air thin, and light cure for 10 seconds
- Place composite in increments of 2 mm or less
- Light cure each increment for 10 seconds (light shades) or 20 seconds (dark/opaque shades)
- Finish, shape, and polish using standard techniques
