Description

API Matrix Retainer – Ivory is ideal for difficult and complicated fillings. The retainer features a claw at one end with two flat semicircular arms and pointed projections. A tightening screw brings the claws together to securely hold the matrix band around the tooth. The matrix band includes a slightly projected margin that is positioned toward the gingiva on the prepared side of the tooth.

API Matrix Retainer – Tofflemire is a universal matrix system commonly used in Class II restorations. Its primary function is to restore anatomical proximal contours and proper contact areas. It is suitable for Class II cavity preparations or cavities involving one or two walls.
