Kuraray Clearfil SA Luting – Universal Shade

Kuraray Clearfil SA Luting is a dual-cure, self-adhesive resin cement that eliminates the need for primer treatment. It is suitable for cementing a wide variety of prosthetic restorations, including crowns and bridges made of resin materials with inorganic filler, precious and non-precious metals, and metal oxide ceramics such as zirconia and alumina.

• Tooth structure: Enamel, Dentin
• Crown and bridge resin: Resin materials containing inorganic filler

Directions for Use:

• Step 1: Dispense equal amounts of Pastes A and B on the mixing pad.
• Step 2: Mix Pastes A and B for 10 seconds until homogeneous.
• Step 3: Apply the mixed paste over the entire adherent surface of the restoration or tooth surface. Position the restoration accurately.
• Step 4 – Semi-curing of excess cement:
  • Light curing: Light cure each portion of excess cement for 2–5 seconds.
  • Chemical curing: Let any excess cement rest for 2–4 minutes after placement.
• Step 5 – Removing excess cement: Remove semi-cured excess cement using a dental explorer.
• Step 6 – Final curing:
  • Non-translucent restorations: Allow chemical curing for 5 minutes after placement.
  • Translucent restorations: Light cure the entire surface and margins of the restoration.
