Meta Biomed Adseal (Resin-Based Sealer)

Meta Biomed Adseal is an epoxy resin-based root canal sealer supplied as a dual-syringe paste-paste system. It offers outstanding chemical and physical properties, including excellent sealing ability, biocompatibility, and radiopacity, making it ideal for permanent root canal obturation in combination with gutta-percha points.

Composition:

• Base: Epoxy oligomer resin, ethylene glycol salicylate, bismuth subcarbonate (9 g)
• Catalyst: Polybutanediol, aminobenzoate, calcium phosphate, bismuth subcarbonate (4.5 g)

Working and Setting Time:

• Working time: 35 minutes at 23°C (73°F)
• Setting time: 45 minutes at 37°C (99°F)

Indications:

• Permanent obturation of root canals in combination with obturation points

Contraindications:

• Known hypersensitivity to epoxy resins or other components of the material
