SafeEndo BioActive RCS is a bioactive mineral root canal sealer based on innovative mineral micro-aggregate chemistry known as Active Biosilicate Technology. It is designed to provide effective sealing, biocompatibility, and support for periapical healing in endodontic treatments.

The formulation is less toxic than conventional ZOE sealers and promotes favorable biological responses, making it suitable for use in both primary treatments and retreatment procedures.

INDICATIONS

IMPORTANT

• Does not exhibit setting contraction
• Can be used with conventional techniques, single-cone technique, and thermoplastic filling
• Use conventional gutta-percha removal techniques during retreatment
• Dry the canal with paper points without over-drying; dentinal moisture initiates setting

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

• Biocompatible, ready-to-use product
• Setting time: approximately 4.5 hours after placement (ISO 6876)
• Antibacterial and bacteriostatic due to high alkalinity (pH 12.5)
• High radiopacity: equivalent to 8 mm aluminum (ISO 6876)
• No setting contraction
• Compatible with single-cone and thermoplastic obturation techniques
