Septodont BioRoot RCS is a permanent root canal sealer formulated from pure calcium silicate. It offers outstanding adhesion to dentin and gutta-percha points, ensuring a reliable and long-lasting seal. Its hydrophilic nature allows the sealing process to continue even in the presence of moisture, making it highly effective in clinical conditions.

BioRoot RCS features a pure mineral, resin-free formulation that is monomer-free, resulting in zero shrinkage and eliminating the risk of tooth discoloration. With excellent flowability, it effectively seals auxiliary canals and is compatible with cold single cone and cold lateral condensation techniques. High radiopacity ensures clear visualization on radiographs.

Key Specifications:

• Working Time: > 10 minutes
• Setting Time: < 4 hours

Directions to Use:

• Mix BioRoot RCS according to the instructions
• Place the mixed sealer into the canal using a paper point
• Coat the root canal walls with BioRoot RCS
• Coat the apically adjusted gutta-percha cone with BioRoot RCS
• Gently insert the cone into the root canal
• Take an immediate post-operative radiograph
