SDI Pola Day CP Tooth Whitening Gel

SDI Pola Day CP is a 35% carbamide peroxide, high-viscosity, neutral pH tooth whitening gel designed for effective and comfortable whitening. This crystal-clear, sustained-release gel has a high water content to help reduce enamel dehydration and minimize sensitivity.

The pleasantly flavored spearmint gel is easy to place in trays and remains securely in position during treatment, providing safe and convenient whitening for both vital and non-vital teeth.

• 24.5% Thickening agents

Directions for Use

• Place a small drop of gel into each tray compartment for treated teeth
• Seat tray so gel contacts teeth
• Remove excess gel with tissue or soft brush
• Wear for 15 minutes (up to 30 minutes if required)
• Remove tray, rinse mouth and tray with lukewarm water, and brush teeth
• For in-office jump start, treatment time is 30 minutes

Storage & Handling

• Store refrigerated at 2°–8°C (35°–45°F)
• Use at room temperature
• Do not use after expiration date

Precautions

• Irritant – avoid eye contact and swallowing
• Use under dental professional supervision
• Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking during treatment
• Avoid smoking for at least two hours after treatment
• Avoid strongly colored foods and drinks during treatment period
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Not for pregnant or lactating women or children under 14
• Discontinue use if unusual sensitivity occurs and consult a dentist
